Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the Account balance will be held and will not be accessible to the Member until the investigation is concluded. Where an Account is terminated following a confirmed breach of this Agreement, dn777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting the support team.
